摘要
目的为ERCP患者的成功、减少并发症以及并发症的观察及护理积累经验。方法认真做好ERCP术的术前准备，术后观察及术后并发症的护理。结果ERCP患者经过护理人员的认真细致的术前准备、术后观察及护理，提高了成功率，大大减少了并发症的发生，即使出现了并发症也比较轻微，而且恢复的也比较快，无严重并发症出现。
ObjectiveTo improve the success rate of ERCP, reduce complications, and provide observation and nursing experience of complications. Methods Do the preoperotive preparation in ERCP seriously, good care of postoperative complications. Conclusion urses careful preoperative prepa- ration and seriously postoperative care can improve the success rate of ERCP, significantly reduce the incidence of complications. Even if complications occur, complications are relatively minor and will recover faster, and no serious complications occur.
