摘要
目的观察PICC在重症脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法将104例重症脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和观察组各52例，观察组采用PICC置管输液，对照组采用股静脉置管输液。分别观察两组患者的一次穿刺成功率、置管时间、并发症及留置时间。结果观察组患者的一次穿刺成功率与对照组患者比较差异无统计学意义，观察组患者的置管时间、并发症及留置时间等指标与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义。结论P1CC在重症脑卒中患者中的应用，具有操作便捷、并发症少及留置时间长的特点，减轻了患者痛苦，值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of PICC applying in the treatment of severe cerebral apoplexy patients. Methods We separated 104 cases of severe cerebral apoplexy patients into two groups which arranged as control group and observation group. PICC catheters were used in observation group, meanwhile femoral vein catheters were applied in control group. Then we surveyed achievement ratios of the first puncture, complications, in troduced time and detained time of catheters. Results As to success rates for the first puncture, no significant difference was observed between the two groups. However, compared, with control groups, great significant differences of complications, introduced time and detained time of catheters were discovered in the observation group. Conclusions Thanks to the great characters of easy operating, longer detaining, causing less complications and less suffering, PICC can be introduced in the treatment of severe cerebral apoplexy patients.
