介绍冷热电联产的发展背景和意义，美国关于冷热电联产的研究和应用。分析了我国开发和利用冷热电联产的潜力，并对此提出了有益的建议。
Ths paper describes the background of combined coomieat and power(CCHP).Then, it introduces some projects of researches on CCHP and its applications in USA. Finally, it analyses the potential applications of CCHP in China, and gives some suggestions on its research and development.
