摘要
目的探讨应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效，为临床应用提供依据。方法选取2009年1月～2012年2月收治的42例肱骨近端骨折患者行肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗，42例患者按Neer分型，其中二部分骨折11例，三部分骨折25例．四部分骨折6例。结果术后随访半年至一年左右，所有患者大部分骨折愈合，1例出现肱骨头坏死，肩胛孟破坏。其中优25例，良13例，可3例，差1例，优良率为90．5％。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端骨折复位良好．术后功能恢复较满意．是目前肱骨近端骨折有效的固定方式之一，但肱骨头坏死可能出现灾难性后果。
Objective To investigate the locking proximal humerus plate for treatment of proximal humeral fractures clinical efficacy, provide the basis for clinical application. Methods January 2009 -- February 2012 were treated 42 cases of proximal humerus fractures were proximal humeral locking plate treatment. 42 patients according to Neer classification, in which two--part fractures in 11 cases, three--part fractures in 25 cases, four--part fractures in 6 eases. Results The patients were followed up six months to a year or so, most of fracture healing in all patients, 1 patient had necrosis of the humeral head, glenoid destruction. Were excellent in 25 eases, good in 13 cases, 3 cases and poor in 1 case, good rate of 90.5%. Conclusion the proximaI humerus locking plate （LPHP） proximal humeral fractures good, satisfactory postoperative functional recovery, is an effective proxi- mal humcral fractures fixed one way, but the humeral head necrosis may be disastrous.
