综合疗法治疗女性外阴瘙痒疗效观察

目的探讨简单有效的治疗女性外阴瘙瘁的方法。方法选择妇科就诊的外阴瘙痒患者，根据患者临床表现选择3％的硼酸清洁外阴，局部涂搽甲硝唑霜和复方咪康唑霜或外用药物加内服阿奇霉素治疗。结果观察组治愈率为80．43％，总有效率为92．39％；对照组治愈率为19．12％，总有效率为42．65％，均极显著高于对照组（p〈0．005），且无明显毒副作用。结论根据患者的临床表现采用的外尉或加内服的综合疗法治疗妇女性外阴瘙瘁，疗效较高，无需实验室条件，方法简单，病程短，可使患者尽快得到治疗，特别适合无实验条件的门诊。

Objective to explore the simple and effective method of treatment of female genital itching. Methods gynecological clinic patients with vulva SAO is urticant, choose according to clinical manifestations of patients with 3% boric acid clean vulva, local besmear cha metronidazole cream and compound miconazole cream or topical drugs taken orally azithromycin treatment. Results the observation group cure rate was 80.43 %, total effective rate was 92.39% ~ Control group cure rate was 19.12~, total effective rate was 42.65~, significantly higher than that of control group （p 0. 005）, and no obvious side effects. Conclusion according to clinical manifestations in patients with using topical or add internal and comprehen- sive therapy in treatment of women＇s genital itching, high curative effect, without laboratory conditions, method is simple, short duration, can make patients get treatment as soon as possible, without experimental conditions is especially suitable for outpatient service.
