摘要
目的观察氯氮平合并利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂症的安全性及疗效。方法对46例难治性精神分裂症，予以氯氮平合并利培酮治疗4周、8周及12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表，副反应量表评定疗效及副反应。结果氯氮平合并利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂症显效率43．4％，有效率58．6％。有效剂量氯氮平为125～325mg／d，利培酮2—4mg／d，不良反应轻微且发生率低。结论氯氮平合并利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂疗效显著，安全性高。
Objective To study the efficacy and the safe effects of clozapine with risperidone in the treatment of the complicate schizophrenia. Methods Forty--six patients of the complicate schizophoenia were treated by clozapine with risperidone for four weeks, eight weeks and twelve weeds. The efficacy and the side effect were assessed by PANSS and TESS. Results The effective rate of clozapine with risperidone in the treatment of the com- plicate schizophrenia was 43.4 %, The effective rate was 58.6 %. The effective dose of elozapine was 125 - 325mg/d, That of risperidone was 2-- 4mg/d. It took fewer side effects and lower incidence rates. Conclusion Clozapine with risperidone in the treatment of the complicate schizophrenia takes better effects and has higher safety.
