乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检临床应用

摘要 目的分析前哨淋巴结的活检术/SLNB在乳腺癌患者是否发生淋巴结转移诊断中的应用价值,为临床相关诊断提供参考。方法选取2010年1月-2013年1月于我院接收SLNB检查的47例乳腺癌患者,对SLNB的临床成功检出率、假阴性率及敏感性分别计算并进行分析。结果SL-NB成功检出率95.7%,假阴性率6.9%,敏感性93.1%;在淋巴结转移判断中价值较高。结论SLNB在乳腺癌患者是否发生淋巴结转移诊断中具有明显的应用价值。
