持续气道湿化加振动排痰机在气管切开患者中的应用

Application and care on the continuous airway humidification and vibration the expectoration machine in tracheotomy patients

目的评价持续气道湿化加振动排痰机在气管切开患者中的排痰效果以及对呼吸功能的影响。方法将107例气管切开患者随机分为气道排痰组（A组），振动排痰机组（B组）和持续气道湿化加振动排痰组（C组），比较三组患者治疗前后的排痰效果。结果三组的总有效率分别为64．71％、82．86％和89．47％，三组比较C组的总有效率明显优于A、B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论持续气道湿化加振动排痰机在气管切开患者中有良好的排痰效果，可明显提高肺通气质量，改善呼吸功能。

Objective To evaluate the continuous airway humidification and vibration expectoration machine expectoration in patients with tracheotomy on respiratory function. Methods 107 cases of tracheotomy patients were randomly divided into airway sputum group （A）, the vibration the expecto- ration unit （B group） and patients with continuous airway humidification and vibration the expectoration group （C group）, three groups were com- pared the expectoration effects before and after treatment. Results The three groups total efficiency of 64.71%, 82.86 % and 89.47 ~, respectively, three groups of group C was significantly better than A, g group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The continuous airway humidification machine vibration increase expectoration tracheotomy patients in the expectoration, can significantly improve the quality of pul- monary ventilation improve respiratory function.
