摘要
目的分析当前基层卫生监督现状，寻找有效的改进办法。方法采用问卷调查法和询问法对抽取的14所县级及以下卫生监督机构人员、设备、制度等方面进行调查。结果基层卫生监督中主要存在的问题有：卫生监督人员素质低、管理制度不健全、资金投入不足等。结论当前基层卫生监督面临巨大的问题，找出有效的对策可以提高卫生监督工作质量。
Objective Analysis of current status of grassroots health supervision, to find effective ways to improve. Methods by using the Method of questionnaire investigation and questioning 14 county were selected and the following health supervision agency personnel, equipment, systems and uther aspects of tile inw, stigation. Results the main problems existing in the grassroots health supervision are： sanitation supervision personnel qual- ity is low, the imperfect management system, insufficient capital investment and so on. Conclusion the current grass--roots health supervision is fa- cing huge l^roblems, find out the effective countermeasures can improve the quality of health supervision.
