摘要
试验旨在研究不同稀释液对貉精液常温保存效果的影响,并初步筛选合适的稀释液。取貉精液经稀释液稀释后17℃恒温保存,每8h检测各项指标,至精子活力完全丧失为止,记录精液常规指标,试验重复4次。结果表明:4种稀释液在8h之内均能较好地保持精子的活力,A、D 2组稀释液24h精子活力仍大于0.70,仍可达到鲜精输精的最低标准,可用于貉精液常温保存和人工授精。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dilutions on racoon dog semen stored at room temperature and screen-ing appropriate formula .Taking raccoon dog semen diluent after 17℃constant temperature preservation ,every 8h testing the indicators ,up to the loss of sperm motility until recording semen indicators .The experiment was repeated for four times .The results showed that four kinds of dilution within the 8h were able to maintain sperm motility .The sperm motility of A and D group diluents were still greater than 0.7 ,which could still reach the minimum standard for fresh semen insemination .The sperm could be stored at room temperature for raccoon dogs and used for artifi-cial insemination .
