摘要
以小区驻留条件为基础,根据小区选择原理提出一个完整的小区选择流程方案;针对小区实测结果建立重选优先级,以不同方案进行小区重选;根据终端运动状态对小区重选准则进行修正。
Starting from the cell residence conditions, the cell selection and reselection are studied. The detailed design of the cell selection process is made, according to the principle of cell selection. Cell measurement results is used to make reselection priority,to take the different options for cell reselection. Finally, the correction program to the terminal is analyzed in a different state of motion.
