摘要
2012年在吉林省公主岭市田间测试亚洲玉米螟两种性诱芯的诱蛾性能。A、B两种诱芯均用橡胶塞载体,剂量50μg,B诱芯加入不同的辅助成分并采用不同的制作工艺。结果表明,B诱芯每盆平均诱蛾量和单盆1次最大诱蛾量分别为16.03头和52.7头,显著高于A诱芯的10.82头和35.9头。B诱芯的诱蛾性显著高于A诱芯,值得推荐。
The Asian corn borer Ostrinia furnacalis (Guen6e) has become the most serious corn pest in China, es pecially in the northeastern area. Trapping efficacy of two types of sex pheromone lures was evaluated in fields in Jilin Province from June 7 to July 9 in 2012. The pheromone lures A and B were from Institute of Zoology, Chi nese Academy of Sciences. A rubber dispenser with 50 t^g pheromone was used and some synergist was added to lure B. The results showed that the mean numbers of moths captured at a water tray baited with the lures A and B were 10.8 and 16.0, respectively and the difference was highly significant (P(0.01). Similarly, the maximum numbers of moths captured at one tray in a single observation baited with the rubber lures A and B were 35.9 and 52.7, respectively, and the difference was highly significant (P〈0.01). It suggested that the quality of lure B was improved and it should be recommended in practical trapping.
