失血性休克时心肌细胞内Ca^(2+)超载的形成机制及病理损害

摘要 细胞内低钙稳定状态是维持细胞功能正常的必要条件。在失血性休克过程中 ,由于缺氧、缺血和自由基等因素 ,心肌细胞内出现Ca2 +超载 ,并通过各种途径使心肌收缩蛋白对Ca2 +失敏 ,从而导致心功能障碍 ;细胞内Ca2 +超载还直接导致线粒体内钙超载 ,引起细胞的能量代谢障碍 。
