摘要
地处太湖流域的印染行业,面对"太湖流域管理条例"的严格要求,针对近年来印染企业节水减排产生的新情况和新问题展开了原因分析,从源头上和末端流程上提出了增强绩效、降低成本的对策措施,并对即将发布的新标准做出了前瞻性分析。
Dyeing and printing enterprises in Taihu basin subjected to stringent demands of ＂Taihu lake basin management regulations＂ . The reason analysis to new situations and problems of water-saving and emission reduction was performed, and the measures to improve performance and reduce cost were presented from the source and terminal process. The upcoming standards was prospectively analyzed at last.
