普通高校体育资源社会共享模式创新——苏州大学推行股份化有限责任公司可行性分析

Joint Stock Companies: A New Model of Campus Sports Resources Sharing-A Case Study of Soochow University

在对高校体育资源相关文献研究的基础上,通过对苏州大学实地走访,了解其体育资源的存量、社会共享情况及存在的问题。分析认为:股份化有限责任公司是普通高校体育资源社会共享的一种模式创新。苏州大学通过推行股份化有限责任公司可以有效整合体育资源,文章对股份化有限责任公司在苏州大学推广的可行性、新模式拟解决的主要问题及意义等进行分析,以期实现普通高校体育资源教学效果与社会效益兼顾,并使高校体育资源综合收益最大化、长期化,运行规范化。

In order to find out about the amount of its sports resources, the situation of these resources being shared, and problems existing in this area, we made field trips to Soochow University. We found that joint stock companies are a model innovation in campus sports resource sharing and that these companies in Soochow University enabled it to integrate and coordinate its sports resources effectively. This paper is an analysis of the feasibility of such companies in Soochow University, problems to be solved and the significance of setting up these companies. The objective of the paper is to provide information as to how to balance between educational and social benefits of these resources, how to maximize and sustain these benefits, and bow to standardize the running of these companies.
