我国高校社会体育专业人才培养目标的定位与重新定位

Defining and Redefining the Objectives of the Social Sports Specialty

我国社会体育专业经过10多年的建设与发展取得了较大成绩。对增进人民身心健康,提高人民生活质量,推动我国群众体育工作健康发展发挥了积极作用。同时作为一个起步较晚的专业,人才培养目标中存在业务方向定位过窄、服务方向定位过宽、类型定位抽象空洞等问题。根据我国社会体育专业的发展实践现状,建议将社会体育专业人才培养目标修订为:"培养系统地掌握体育和社会的基本理论、知识与技能,具有较强的社会实践能力,能在社会体育领域中从事群众性体育活动的组织管理、咨询指导和在机关、企事业单位及社会团体等部门机构从事社会管理服务等工作的应用性人才"。对社会体育专业人才培养目标的重新定位,可以推动其主动适应社会经济发展的需要,并保持其业务方向定位、服务方向定位和人才培养类型定位相一致。

The social sports specialty in China has scored great achievements since its inception ten years ago, pla- ying an important role in improving people＇s health and quality of life, and promoting the healthy development of mass sports. At the same time, many problems have also emerged, including over-narrow competences, over-broad service directions, and impractical and abstract talent types. In view of the practical situation of the specialty, the author suggests redefining the objectives. This redefining can encourage the specialty to take the initiative to adapt to the demands of social and economic development, and keep its competency requirements, service directions and talent types in agreement.
