摘要
在1949-1979年间的中国,作者和作品之间的关系不是根据所有权,而是根据作者作为社会成员的资格来界定的,因此最终的作者是作为集体的人民。这样,作为集体的人民和作为个体的作者不能被截然区分开来。在此基础上,我们可以想象关于文化产品的更加平等主义的实践道路。在这一方面,1949-1979年间中国的实践为我们提供了历史经验。
Abstract: The relationship between the author and the work is not defined by ownership but by the membership of author as so- cial member between in 1949 - 1979 China. The final author is the people as the collective. The people as the collective could not be separated from the author as individual. We can imagine a kind of more equal definition of authorship based on this un- derstanding of historical experience of 1949 - 1979 China's practice.
