针对传统的水资源管理方法,设计了信息化的水资源管理系统架构。通过水资源检测仪表的升级改造实现数据信息的采集和远程传输,详细介绍了监控中心系统集成和建设方案。阐述了项目建设管理的主要内容,以确保工程建设的质量。

This article designs a kind of system architecture of informationalized water resource man- agement in order to solve the traditional water resource management methods. The collection and remote transmission of water resource data can be realized by upgrading the detecting instrument. The system in- tegration and construction of monitor and control center is presented. To ensure the quality of this project, the main idea of project construction management is contained in this paper.
