摘要
针对某炼钢厂空压站设计一套监控系统,该系统由上位监控站、西门子S7-400 PLC及其通信网络构成,使用Wonderware公司的InTouch 10.0软件组态监控画面,实现对空压机机组及其附属冷却系统的实时监控。现场运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,取得了良好的监控效果。
The monitoring and control system was designed according to the air compressor station of steelmaking plant. The system was composed of monitoring computer station, Simense S7 -400 PLC and the communication network. The monitoring interface was designed with InTouch 10.0, the real -time control of air compressor group and auxiliary cooling system was realized by using this control system. The running result on field showed that the control system was stable, and the application of this monitoring and control system had achieved good effect.
