螺杆钻具马达检测方法的研究

摘要 为了确保螺杆钻具的效率和使用寿命,研究了采用电机驱动的螺杆钻具马达检测试验台。该试验台由台架、主机、循环系统和测试系统4大部分组成。试验台采用计算机系统自动实现对压差、扭矩、转速、流量、温度等数据的采集,输出螺杆钻具马达的性能参数表和特性曲线。用户根据这些参数,可以方便而准确地判断出螺杆钻具性能的优劣。 In order to ensure the efficiency and service life of screw drilling tools, an inspection test-bed for screw drilling tools driven by electric motor was investigated. The test-bed comprised four parts: platform, host machine, circulation system and testing system. The computer system was used in the test-bed to automatically acquire pressure difference, torque, rotating speed, flow rate and temperature as well as output of performance parameter table forms and feature curves of the screw drill. The performance of the drilling tool can be concluded previously and conveniently based on the accumulation experience.
