摘要
汽车零件的大批量生产中,零件装配互换性高,加工质量要求严格,利润薄,在保证产品质量的前提下,提高加工效率是提高企业效益的有效途径。采用基于CBN刀具的硬车削加工新工艺,优化工艺参数,可降低工序加工时间,提高零件单班产量,降低工艺成本,提高综合经济效益。
During large quantities production of auto parts, there are high interehangeability in parts assembly, strict quality re- quirements in machining and thin profit. On the premise of ensuring the quality of products, improving machining efficiency is an effec- tive way to improve enterprise efficiency. New hard turning technology was adopted based on the CBN tool, process parameters were op- timized, the processing time was reduced and parts of single class production were improved. So the processing cost is reduced, and the comprehensive economic benefit is improved.
