摘要 设计一种新型的电控液压自动助力转向系统(EHPS),将车速和转向盘转矩引入到系统中,实现了转矩、车速感应型助力特性的液压助力转向,既可保证转向轻便、实时,提供足够助力,又能减少能量损失,有利于环保。基于SimulaitionX软件建立了EHPS系统仿真模型,分析结果表明:系统具有良好的控制精度和快速响应特性。并通过改变PID控制器参数进行仿真,获得电机最理想的转速。 A new electronic hydraulic power steering system (EHPS) was designed. The vehicle speed and the steering wheel torque were introduced into the system, so hydraulic power steering with torque, speed induction type assisted characteristic was real- ized. Not only steering agility, real-time and sufficient power could be ensured, but also the energy loss was reduced, so it was favora- ble for environmental protection. Based on Simulaitionx software, an EHPS system simulation model was set up. The results show that the system has good control precision and quick response. Through PID simulation, the ideal motor speed is achieved.
