摘要 为了研究3D-CAPP技术,通过构建三维工序模型作为信息载体实现设计和制造信息的共享。首先提出了基于特征本体的工艺知识管理方法,分析了特征本体的构建思想,阐述了在Pro/NC模块下面向特征本体信息生成工序模型的原理及整体构建框架。研究了毛坯模型转换、特征本体信息向NC操作命令映射、工序模型配置管理关键技术。最后结合实例,验证了该方法的应用过程,实现了三维工序模型的有效构建和表达。 In order to research 3D-CAPP technology, information sharing of design and manufacture was realized by constructing 3D procedure model as information carrier. First the method of process knowledge management based on feature ontology was proposed, the construction thought of feature ontology was analyzed, then the principles and the overall framework of generating procedure model in the Pro/NC module facing the feature ontology information were elaborated. The key technologies of blank model transformation, in- formation mapping from feature ontology to the numerical control (NC) command and model configuration management were re- searched. Finally, it is verified of the application procedure of this method combined with the example, and the 3D procedure model of effective construction and expression is achieved.
