摘要 基于不可压缩流体控制方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,针对湿式离合器摩擦片分离时的冷却系统,建立了两种不同结构的冷却模型。借助ANSYS/ICEM、CFX等流体软件,并应用瞬态温度场有限元法求解冷却液在摩擦片间对流换热的过程。分析两种结构的压力和温度分布,结果表明油路结构对冷却效果影响显著。采用偏心轴输送冷却液的方式将得到更均匀的油压分布,冷却后摩擦片温度更低,冷却效果更加优越。 Based on governing equations of incompressible fluid and the RNG κ-ε turbulence hydrodynamic model, aiming at the cooling system under separation of friction pieces of wet clutches, the cooling model of two different structures were established. With the help from the hydro-software of ANSYS/ICEM, CFX, the finite element method (FEM) for transient temperature field was em- ployed to solve the convective heat transfer process between friction pieces in cooling oil. The pressure and temperature distribution of these two kinds of structures were analyzed. The results show that the oil flow channel structure has a .significant effect on the cooling process. By adopting the method of centrifugal shaft to feed cooling oil, more uniform oil pressure distribution is obtained, the tempera- ture of friction pieces is lower after cooling and the cooling effect is more perfect.
