摘要
为确保吊装系统作业安全,对钢丝绳的动张力进行研究具有重要意义,ADAMS软件为动张力的研究提供了很好的仿真平台。分析3种钢丝绳动张力建模方案的优缺点及其适用情况,并通过实例,对不同情况下钢丝绳动张力变化规律进行仿真分析。结果表明:当工况改变时,应对提升过程中的动张力给予充分重视。
ADAMS provides excellent simulation surroundings for the research on dynamic tension of the wire rope. According to the relevant modules of ADAMS, three methods of dynamic tension of steel rope were analyzed and several examples were illustrated to simulate the regulation of dynamic tension of the steel rope in different conditions. Results show the regulation of dynamic tension of the steel rope in different conditions.
