浅谈社会化视域下的民办高校学生管理

On the Students' Management in Private Colleges under the Perspective and Background of Socialization

促进学生社会化是学校教育的终极目标。高等教育阶段是个体进入社会前的职前教育阶段,以培养学生成为合乎社会要求的职业人为目标,是促进学生职业社会化的主要阶段。阐释了在现实条件下通过管理促进民办高校学生社会化的必要性与可能性,并解读了社会化促进功能视域下的民办高校学生管理策略。

To promote and realize the students＇ socialization is deemed to be the ultimate goal of school education. The stage of higher education is a pre-service education stage before the individuals set foot in the society. To realize the goal to cultivate professionals that can meet the requirement of the society is a main task to promote the socialization of students. This paper elaborated on the necessity and feasibility to promote the students＇ socialization in private colleges through improving the management in accordance with the actual condition. It also reviewed the strategy of students＇ management in private colleges from the perspective of the promotional functions of socialization.
