乐清湾浮游植物群落结构调查研究

Investigation on community structure of phytoplankton in Yueqing Bay

2011年5月和9月对温州乐清湾浮游植物现状进行调查,分析研究了浮游植物种类组成、数量分布和多样性指数。结果表明:5月共获浮游植物5门37属62种。9月共获5门43属74种。5月和9月浮游植物主要由硅藻和甲藻组成,而硅藻又占绝对优势。5月浮游植物优势种为中肋骨条藻和琼氏圆筛藻,9月浮游植物优势种为中肋骨条藻和具翼漂流藻。9月份浮游植物细胞数量明显高于5月份,但5月16个站位的丰度分度均比9月份均匀。9月份浮游植物丰度指数、优势度指数和多样性指数高于5月份,但9月份的均匀度指数比5月份稍低。本文通过研究乐清湾的浮游植物的种类组成、数量分布、多样性及其与环境因子的相关性,为该海域的生态监测、评价提供依据,也为该海域海洋资源可持续利用和发展提供科学依据。

Through the investigation in May and September, the phytoplankton species composition, quantity distribution, diversity index in Yueqing Bay were researched. The results showed that there were 5 phylum 37 genuses 62 species in May and there were 5 phylum 43 genuses 74 species in September. The phytoplanktonwas composed of Diatom and Dinoflagellate. Diatom which was absolute predominance judged from species and abundances. The Dominant species of May were Skeletonema costatume and Coscinodiscus jonesianus, and the Dominant species of September were Skeletonema costatume and Planktoniella blanda. The cells number of phytoplankton assemblage of Septmber was more than May of 16 sites, but the abundance of May was more e- ven than that in September. The Shannon - Weiner diversity index, Margalef richness index and Simpson dominance index of September were more than those in May, but the Pielou evenness index was less than that in May. Through the study of the Zooplankton species composition, quantity distribution, diversity and rela- tionship between abundance and environmental factors in Yueqing Bay, the paper provided evidence for eco- logical monitoring, evaluation, and provided scientific evidence for the development of the sustainable utiliza- tion of marine resources to the sea.
