摘要
"口袋政策"是教育者对儿童随时随地提出规则的一种管理策略,妨碍了儿童自律的形成。科学的规则建立是从儿童立场出发,观照儿童的接受力、领悟力和体验感,在重视个体差异,尊重成长规律的基础上,借助儿童自身和集体的力量将规则内化,从而产生自觉行为。
"Bag Policy" is a kind of strategy for administration in which educators impose regulations here and now on children, thus impeding children's formation of self-discipline. Scientific regulation construction should begin with children' s position, focus on their acceptance ability, comprehension competence and experiencing feelings. On the basis of emphasizing individual differences, and respecting their growth laws, children shduld be helped to internalize the regulations by their own and group powers, and finally conscious behavior can be motivated for children themselves.
