摘要
借助旋转黏度计、燃烧炉和PQI密度无损检测仪等试验设备及方法,对忻阜高速公路橡胶沥青路面施工质量控制措施进行了试验研究,实体工程质量检测结果表明:采用旋转黏度计50%扭矩内差获得的黏度值来评价橡胶沥青黏度;采用燃烧炉标定曲线及修正公式来检测橡胶沥青混合料油石比和矿料级配;采用PQI密度无损检测仪实时检测橡胶沥青路面压实度等方法是可行且有效的,可对橡胶沥青路面的施工质量控制及检验评价提供有益参考。
By rotating viscometer, the combustion furnace and PQI density instrument for nondestructive test equipment and method, experimental study is carried out on the Xin-fu highway rubber asphalt pavement construction quality control measures. The results show that: the entity engineering quality detection by rotary viscometer 50% torque difference obtained viscosity of rubber asphalt viscosity; the combustion furnace calibration curve and the correction formula to detect the rubber asphalt mixture asphalt aggregate ratio and gradation; the PQI density is feasible and effective nondestructive testing instrument for real-time detection of rubber asphalt pavement compaction method, which provides a useful reference to the construction quality control and inspection and evaluation of rubber asphalt pavement.
