摘要
桥梁顶升对桥梁上部结构会造成不可避免的影响,采用智能桥梁同步顶升系统进行可控、可监测条件下的施工,已经成为行业的共识。论文对智能桥梁同步系统组成及其在工程实践中的应用进行了阐述,并采用梁板应变监测数据来评价顶升施工过程中的安全性。应变监控数据表明,智能同步顶升系统大大提高了桥梁同步顶升施工过程的同步精度,对保证桥梁上部结构安全具有重要意义。
Bridge jacking lead inevitably influence to bridge superstructure. It is consensus of the industry that realized the construction under controlled conditions by Intelligent Synchronous Bridge Jack-up Sys- tem. The composition of Intelligent Synchronous Bridge Jack-up System and its application in engineering practice are discussed in this article, and the strain monitoring data is used to evaluate the safety of jacking construction process. The strain monitoring data show that Intelligent Synchronous Bridge Jack-up System greatly improves the synchronizing precision of the construction process of synchronous bridge jack-up, which is important to ensure the safety of bridge superstructure.
