摘要
当代警察的实际生存状态日益严峻,人民警察尤其是基层警察的正当权益长期遭受侵害,甚至连公民的基本权益都得不到有效保护,这不仅影响到警察工作的积极性,更关系到国家执法的权威性,需要在立法与制度层面加强对警察个人权益的保障。
The actual state of current police is increasingly stem. Just rights and interests of policeman, at grass roots in particular, have been damaged for long time. Even the basic rights and interests as common citizen can not be protected effectively, which affects not only the enthusiasm of work but also the authority of state law enforcement. The protection to policemen must be strengthened from legislation and system.
