Selective investigation is the act that investigators do substantial investigation on criminal cases selectively. There are many problems on selective investigation. The author advised to make judgment on the morality of selective investigation. In order to guarantee the tightness of discussion, we did research on the morality of selective investigation only with the rational selective investiga- tion in perfect state as example.
