摘要
民办高校青年教师离职呈现离职年轻化、自愿离职多元化、高层次人才高离职率等特点,高离职率反映了民办高校在办学过程存在的问题,客观因素包括地理位置、政策环境等,主观因素包括办学理念、管理制度、薪酬福利、职业发展规划等;影响民办院校青年教师产生离职意愿的六大因素为家庭生活因素、组织环境因素、人际关系因素、职业发展因素、组织融合性因素和薪酬福利因素。
The quit office of the young teachers of civilian-run colleges and universities appears the characters of becoming younger in age,voluntary redundancy,high-level person high turnover rate.High turnover rate reflects the question happened in the course when the civilian-run colleges and universities are setting schools: the objective factors include the geographic position,policy environment;the subjective factors include schooling philosophy,management system,compensation benefit,career development plan,etc.The six big factors that affect the young teachers of civilian-run colleges and universities want to quit office are family life,organization environment,personal relations,career development,organization integration and compensation benefit.
