低碳经济下河南林业发展对策

Study on Henan Forestry Development Countermeasures under the Low-carbon Economy Circumstances

森林由于具有强大的碳汇功能,在发展低碳经济中得到了重视,同时也赋予了林业新的使命。在充分认识低碳经济的内涵、林业和低碳经济的关系以及河南林业的发展现状的基础上,分别从河南林业生态建设和林业低碳经济政策两个方面阐述了低碳经济对河南林业发展的影响,并针对河南林业发展中存在的问题提出了若干建议,旨在为河南省林业在低碳经济下的发展提供一定的参考。

Forest was significant important to the lowcarbon economy development because of its carbon sink function, so a new mission was assigned to forestry. This article introdueedand the effection of lowcarbon econ omy to the forestry development of Henan, from aspects of forestry ecologic construction and forestry low carbon economv policy, based on the connotation of the low carbon economy, the relationship of lowcarbon economy and forestry, the forestry, development status of Henan. Some suggestions were pointed out according to the prob lems, In order to provide references for the development of Henan forestry, under the lowcarbon economy circumstances.
