摘要
根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》和学前教育"国十条"的要求,各级政府在全面了解学前教育基本现状和当地社会需求的基础上,编制学前教育政策时均体现了公益性和普惠性、战略性和有效性的价值取向。分析学前教育政策的价值取向,以此提出相关建议,对学前教育工作的实施推进、监督检查以及制定下一步行动计划将产生积极影响。
Based on National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan and the requirements of "National Ten Items", the different level government should know the preschool education status, social requirements and focus on public interests and benefits, strategy and effectiveness when making policies. The paper advances relevant suggestions by analyzing these value tendencies and thinks they will improve and supervise preschool education and bring positive effect to further plan.
