摘要
详细研究了甲基三氯硅烷的醇解工艺,通过考察原料配比、溶剂效应、温度效应以及N2的鼓泡速度对反应收率的影响,开发出高效合成甲基三乙氧基硅烷的工艺,收率高达84%.
The paper studied the alcoholysis of methyl trichlorosilane in detail, investigated the effects of different variables such as the ratio of raw materials, solvent, temperature and the bubbled speed of N2 on the reaction, and finally developed an efficient technology for the preparation of methyltriethoxysilane with high yield which was up to 84 %.
