不同频率使用米非司酮对大鼠卵泡数目和颗粒细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究不同频率使用米非司酮对大鼠卵泡数目和颗粒细胞凋亡的影响,为米非司酮用于紧急避孕药的使用方法提供实验依据。方法选用雌性40天SD大鼠48只,随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F 6组(每组8只)。A组每天灌胃一次生理盐水,B组不给药和生理盐水,C、D、E、F组灌药频率分别为1、5、10、15天一次。实验30天后,用HE染色的方法,观察大鼠各级卵泡数目比例和颗粒细胞凋亡的情况。结果给药频率越快,原始卵泡数目越多,生长卵泡数目越少,颗粒细胞凋亡率越高。对照组中,灌胃与否对大鼠卵巢各级卵泡数目比值和颗粒细胞凋亡率无影响。结论米非司酮能促进大鼠卵巢各级卵泡和颗粒细胞的凋亡,且凋亡率随频率增加而增高。 Objective To study the influence of different mifepristone using frequencies on rat's follicle amount and cranulosa cell apoptosis,and to provide experimental evidence for the use of emergency contraception.Methods Forty-eight female rates of 40 days were randomly divided into six groups: Group A,Group B,Group C,Group D,Group E,and Group F,with 6 rats in each group.Group A was given normal saline by gavage daily;Group B was not given administration or saline;Group C,D,E,and F were given administration at every 1,5,10,and 15 days,respectively.30 days after experiment,the rats' proportion of follicles amount at all levels and granulosa cell apoptosis situation were observed with HE staining method.Results The more frequent the administration was,the more number of primordial follicles,the fewer number of growing follicles,and the higher rate of granulosa cell apoptosis there would be.Conclusions Mifepristone can facilitate apoptosis in rat ovarian follicles and granulosa cells,and it will fasten as the administration frequency increases.
