舒血宁联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Shuxuening Combined with Edaravone Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨舒血宁联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的164例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各82例,治疗组患者采用舒血宁联合依达拉奉注射液治疗,对照组单用舒血宁治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和神经功能缺失量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分及日常生活活动能力(activities of daily living,ADL)评分。结果疗程结束后,治疗组的总有效率为87.80%,显著高于对照组的78.05%,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者的NIHSS评分和ADL评分均差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后治疗组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,ADL评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用舒血宁联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死,能显著改善患者的神经功能缺失和日常生活活动能力,临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 164 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 82 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Shuxuening combined with edaravone injection, and the control group was taken with Shuxuening treatment. The clinical efficacy and the national institute of health stroke scale （NIHSS） score and activities of daily living （ADL） score in the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.80%, significantly higher than 78.05% in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, the differences of NIHSS score and ADL score between two groups were not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group, and ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of Shuxuening combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the neurological deficits and activities of daily living of patients, and the clinical effect is significant.
