摘要
目的探讨颈椎前路手术在治疗神经根型颈椎病中的应用价值。方法选取94例神经根型颈椎病患者随机均分为对照组和实验组,对照组行保守治疗,实验组行颈前路减压术,随访6~24月后比较两组病例de疗效。结果实验组治疗优良率为89.4%,明显高于对照组的63.8%（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后疼痛缓解时间少于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组随访复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论颈前路手术治疗神经根型颈椎病不仅疗效突出、见效快且术后复发率明显降低。
Objective To investigate the application of anterior cervical approach operation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（CSR）.Methods 94 patients with CSR were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received the conservative treatment,while the experimental group received the operation through anterior cervical approach.The clinical effects after 6 ~ 24 months were compared.Results The excellent and good rate was 89.4% in experimental group,significantly higher than 63.8% in control group（P 0.05）.The pain relief time of experimental group was less than that of control group（P 0.05）.The recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group（P 0.01）.Conclusions Anterior approach operation is a safe and effective treatment for CSR.
