摘要
目的探讨运动干预对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人血糖血脂的影响。方法选取本门诊于2011年1月至2013年1月就诊的120例T2DM患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组及对照组,每组各60例患者。其中对照组患者给予常规药物治疗以及饮食干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行运动干预,干预时间为1年。两组患者分别于干预前、干预后1个月、干预后3个月、干预后6个月、干预后12个月空腹抽取患者静脉血液,并采用全自动化生化分析仪测量患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hFPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三脂(TC)、总胆固醇(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HCL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LCL-C)的水平。结果与干预前相比,观察组干预后1个月、对照组干预后3个月FPG、2hFPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LCL-C水平显著下降,HCL-C水平上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者干预后3个月,FPG、2hFPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LCL-C水平显著下降,HCL-C水平显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上配合运动干预能有效控制T2DM患者血糖血脂水平。
Objective To investigate the influence of exercise intervention on blood glucose and lipid in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 120 elderly patients with T2DM in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received the conventional drug therapy and dietary intervention,while patients in the observation group received the exercise intervention for 1 year additionally.The FPG,2hFPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HCL-C,LCL-C of two groups were detected before the intervention and 1 month,3 months,6 months,12 months after intervention.Results The FPG,2hFPG,HbA1c,TC,TG and LCL-C levels 1 month after intervention in observation group and 3 months after intervention in control group decreased significantly,while HCL-C level increased(P 0.05).The FPG,2hFPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LCL-C levels of observation group 3 months after intervention were lower than those of control group,while HCL-C level was higher than that of control group(P 0.05).Conclusions Exercise intervention combined with conventional therapy can effectively control the blood glucose and lipid level in elderly patients with T2DM.
