摘要
随着社会人口老龄化的发展,近年来,阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的发病率逐年攀升,是继心脏病、肿瘤和中风之后影响老年人健康、导致死亡的第4位原因,但AD病因和发病机制尚未完全清楚,而且也无有效的治疗方法。AD脑内神经元的丢失机制与细胞凋亡密切相关,在凋亡发生机制中最关键的环节之一是Caspase-3和Bcl-2对细胞凋亡的调控。本文从Bcl-2、Caspase-3与阿尔茨海默病关系的研究进展进行综述。
With the development of socio-demographic aging,in recent years,the incidence of Alzheimer's disease(AD) rose annually after heart disease,cancer and stroke,and become a hazard to the health of the elderly,resulting in the deaths of four reason.AD etiology and pathogenesis are not fully understood and have no effective treatment.The loss of neurons in AD brain is closely related to apoptosis.One of the most critical link in the apoptosis mechanism is Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 on the regulation of apoptosis.This article summarized the research progress of the relationship between Bcl-2,Caspase-3 and Alzheimer's disease.
