摘要 骨性关节炎(OA)是老年人群中最常见的关节疾病,许多研究者都在试图寻找用于临床评价OA的生物学标志物。本文将就OA研究中所使用的Ⅱ型胶原纤维降解产物C2C进行综述,为深入研究、临床早期诊断OA提供方便。 Osteoarthritis(OA) is the most common joint disease in the ageing population.Many scholars are trying to find some useful biomarkers for clinic evaluation.This review provided convenience of C2C for further research and early diagnosis of OA.
