摘要
目的探讨左西孟旦对高血压患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法选取本院治疗的57例高血压患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予左西孟旦静脉滴注,患者治疗前2周及治疗6周后接受Holter记录,分析治疗前后患者HRV变化情况。结果治疗后患者正常R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、相邻R-R间期标准差(RMSSD)以及相邻R-R间期大于50ms的百分比(PNN50)均明显高于治疗前,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高频(HF)较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),而LF/HF较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦能有效地改善高血压患者HRV,临床上治疗高血压可以使患者更多的收益。
Objective To investigate the effects of levosimendan on heart rate variability （HRV） in patients with hypertension .Methods 57 hypertension patients were enrolled and treated with intravenous infusion of levosi-mendan .Holter recordings was performed and changes of HRV ,2 weeks before and 6 weeks after treatment ,were analyzed .Results After treatment ,standard deviation of normal R-R intervals （SDNN） ,root mean squared succes-sive difference （Rmssd） and percent of NN50 in the total number R-R intervals （PNN50） were significantly higher than before treatment （t=2 .020 ,4 .800 ,2 .755 ,P〈0 .05） .High-frequency （HF） increased significantly after treat-ment （t=4 .074 ,P〈0 .05） and low-frequency（LF）/HF ratio decreased significantly （t=4 .267 ,P〈0 .05） .Conclu-sion Levosimendan could effectively improve HRV in patients with hypertension and could be used for the treatment of hypertension ..
