摘要
大型拉伸缸是拉伸机的关键装置,为了检验拉伸缸装配后的密封性能,需要进行压力试验。通过对试压工装的受力状况进行分析计算、方案对比,结合拉伸缸的结构特征,开发设计了一种满足试验压力为36MPa的安全、可靠、经济的大型拉伸缸试压工装。
Large-scale stretching cylinder is the key device of the stretch machine. An pressure test is necessary to verify the sealing performance of post-installation stretching cylinder. Through analysis and calculation of stress condition of the pressure test fixture, comparison of the scheme, and combined with the structural characteristics of stretching cylinder, a safe , reliable and economical pressure test fixture for large-scale stretching cylinder is developed and designed to meet the test 36Mpa pressure.
