城市生物多样性对于维持生态安全和生态平衡、改善人居环境等具有重要意义。分析了城市化对生物多样性的影响及生物多样性的价值,提出从加强生物多样性监测和管理、改善城市大环境,发展生物多样性经济、优化城市植物多样性,将自然和森林引入城市、增加城市鸟类和昆虫的多样性、加强城市生物多样性种质资源保存、提高从业者的生态职业素养、增加城市生物多样性的景观生态学途径等方面进行城市生物多样性保护,推进十八大提出的生态文明建设。
