摘要
通过对9匹马的激光镇痛实验,观察分析了激光照射前后3个不同时期马脑脊液中儿茶酚胺的变化规律。在激光镇痛过程中,马脑脊液多巴胺含量随痛阈的升高而下降;随痛阈的回复而恢复。去甲肾上腺素的变化与此恰好相反,随痛阈的升高而升高,随痛阈的下降而下降。可见,脑脊液中的 DA,NE 的变化与激光所引起的痛阈的变化平行一致。
The author presents the results of a study performed on nine horses before and after laseranalgesia about the increase and decrease of noradrenaline(NE)and dopamine(DA)con-tained in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of the horses in three different periods of time.Duringlaser analgesia,the DA content in the CSF of the objects fell when the pain threshold was in-creased.and gradually recovered when the pain threshold was decreased.The changes of theNE in the CSF were contrary to this result.It increased with the pain threshold rising,and de-creased with the pain threshold falling.This proves the changes of the NE and DA in the CSFwere interrelated with the changes of pain threshold caused by laser analgesia.
