摘要
为了解微山湖河蟹养殖区水体和底泥中异养细菌胞外产酶(蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、脲酶)情况,对微山湖养殖区微生物进行了初步分离和筛选,并在含有蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、尿素的固体培养基上培养观察并测量记录菌落和水解圈大小。结果表明:产蛋白水解酶和脂肪水解酶的细菌明显多于产淀粉水解酶和脲酶的细菌数量,同时菌株一般多产蛋白水解酶和脂肪水解酶,少产淀粉水解酶和脲酶,这对河蟹养殖的酶用饲料具有很大的影响。
In order to study the case of extracellular enzymes (protease, amylase, lipase, urease )of heterotrophic bacteria in the water body and sediment in cultured area of Weishan Lake, microbe in the environment was preliminarily screened out and separated.Meanwhile, 25 bacterial strains were obtained, cultured and observed on the solid culture media that contained protein, fat, starch and urea. The colonies were recorded and the size of antibacterial circle was measured. The results showed that the number of bacteria that produced protease and lipase were more than that produced amylase and urease,and the same bacterial strain produced protease and lipase were more than that produced amylase and urease.The study would have great influences.
