摘要 幼儿教师课程观是指幼儿教师对学前课程的各种认识和看法,它体现了教师对幼儿的发展与认知过程和特点的理解。本文运用《幼儿教师课程观问卷》调查了山西省284名农村幼儿教师的课程观,结果显示:农村幼儿教师在课程观上大多倾向于教育训练理论,且在年龄、学历上无显著差异。为此,农村幼儿教师应认真学习学前教育相关文件,并以"国培计划"为契机,实现自身专业发展。 The kindergarten teacher's curriculum view refers to the kindergarten teachers, various views of pre-school curriculum. It re- flects the teacher's understanding of children's development and cognitive process and characteristics. This paper used the "preschool teacher curriculum questionnaire" to investigate the Shanxi province 284 rural kindergarten teacher's curriculum view, the results show that the rural kindergarten teachers tend to education and training theory, and there is no significant difference in age and education. In view of this situation, the rural kindergarten teachers should learn relevant preschool education documents carefully, and use the "na- tional training plan" to realize their own professional development.
