摘要
针对冷轧基板产生起筋现象,尤其对于热轧薄规格,经过跟踪和测量,确定为带钢沿着厚度方向形成的不均匀变形导致,通过优化辊形,投入辊缝润滑及辊缝喷淋来保证轧辊的光洁度,从而达到了减少热轧板带亮带的目的。
Aiming at the phenomenon of cold- rolled substrate produced tendon, especially for hot- rolling thin specifications, after tracking and measuring, identified that the hot- rolled strip bright was formed due to the non-uniform deformation of the strip along the direction of the thickness. By means of the optimizing roller shape, moreover inputting roll gap lubrication and roll gap spraying to ensure the smoothness of roller, attains the purpose to decrease the hot-rolled strip bright.
