塔式起重机地基沉降模型研究

摘要 地基发生沉降是塔式起重机(以下简称塔机)工作时的典型危险状态。如何模拟塔机地基沉降状况,根据地基沉降模型得到沉降关系和沉降极限对塔机安全检测有重要的意义。本文根据地基沉降特点建立了塔机地基沉降的状态模型,借助模型得到了地基沉降角度与塔身顶端位移和塔身应力的对应关系,并根据塔机极限关系得到地基沉降临界倾角。 The foundation settlement is typical risk condition when the tower crane(hereinafter referred to as the tower crane) is at work.According to the settlement of foundation settlement and the settlement model of relationship and limit how to simulate the condition of tower crane foundation settlement is of significance for the tower crane safety detection.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the state model tower crane foundation settlement of foundation settlement,model obtained the corresponding relationship between angle and the tower top displacement and the tower of the settlement of the foundation by means of stress,and the critical inclination of foundation settlement are obtained according to the tower crane limit relation.
